March’s case of the month is of a patient who had good dental work on virtually all of her teeth, but that did not match in shading or orientation due to the different dentists that worked on her over time. She wanted a straight smile with all the teeth matching but did not want to have 16 existing crowns cut off and remade.
This case is extraordinary on two accounts: Cosmetically, we were able to get the same shade on all the teeth in the patient’s smile and we established the correct profile (‘straightened’) of the upper right teeth. And technically, not a single crown had to be replaced, no shots and no grinding on her teeth! This is not possible with traditional veneers, only with Lumineers!
